Region IV is proud to continue the tradition of hosting a silent auction. This year’s proceeds will benefit the British Columbia Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund. The Burn Fund provides life-saving, life-supporting, and life-enriching services to the people in British Columbia. More than 3,800 professional fire fighters in BC dedicate and donate their time and skills to support burn survivors and increase the public's knowledge about fire and burn safety issues through the work the Burn Fund does with its Burn Awareness, Research and Prevention Programs.
Learn more about the organization by visiting their website at www.burnfund.org. Please consider making a donation for this year’s charity auction. In the past seven years, we’ve raised nearly $40,000 for Region IV law enforcement charities. Please help us support this year’s worthy cause by not only donating an item(s), but by also bidding on some of the great offerings during the Charity Auction and Reception.
You can mail your donation to Kimberly Ypenburg, Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, Suite 402, 5300 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC V6X 2X9. Delivery by May 23 is appreciated. If you would prefer to bring your donation to Vancouver, simply drop it off at the conference office. Please note that we will not be offering mailing of auction items from the conference this year due to extensive paperwork requirements.
