    The Region I Conference will again enhance the sponsor experience by coordinating one-on-one meetings between qualifying industry participants and jurisdiction attendees. In increments of 7-10 minutes you will be able to meet, learn, and exchange information with your top prospects and clients.

    Booth Assignment Procedures and Policies

    Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. AAMVA members will receive confirmation of their exhibit space selection first. Non-members will receive confirmation of their exhibit space beginning April 15, 2017. 

    Each booth purchase receives one complimentary full conference registration. Each additional company representative must register at the full-member or non-member rate.  


    Rates/Payment Procedures

     Early Rate (on or before April 15, 2017) Standard Rate (after April 15, 2017) 
    Member $1,300 $1,500 
    Nonmember$1,500 $1,800 


    A 50 percent total contract deposit (invoice) is due with contract submitted on or before April 15, 2017 and full payment is required with applications and contracts submitted after April 15, 2017. Full payment is due by net 30 of contract balance invoice. If full payment is not received 30 days of contract balance, exhibit space will be forfeited. 

    Exhibit Space Includes:

    • 8’ drape in back of booth, 3’ drape on sides
    • Signage with company name on 7” x 44” identification sign
    • One complimentary full registration (for each contracted booth space)
    • Pre-registration and post-conference listing of jurisdiction registrants

    Furniture and accessories, electrical requirements, Internet, booth carpet (if chosen), and booth cleaning are additional charges, and the responsibility of the exhibitor.
