AAMVA, in partnership with Motor Vehicle Network (MVN), offers an effective way to improve your consumers' experience while waiting for services.
Available to eligible AAMVA members at NO COST, the MVN service works by placing high-quality LED message boards in your waiting areas. During your hours of operation each message board provides a continuous display of DMV information, driving tips, news, entertaining features and sponsorships. DMV messages can be displayed in multiple languages. The MVN service is completely "hands free" for DMV personnel and has a proven track record of satisfaction.
With MVN in your waiting areas, your customers will be entertained, enlightened and educated — instead of having nothing to do but sit and wait. This welcome "distraction" reduces perceived wait times, resulting in much happier customers and far fewer complaints. As a result, you and your customers will enjoy these benefits:
