Each PACE Award entry MUST BE accompanied by four completed copies of the entry form and four completed copies of your work plan. You must submit four copies of your entry in all categories except videos and marketing campaigns. One copy of your video or marketing campaign entry(s) will suffice.
A weak, or incomplete work plan, will hurt your changes of winning an award. You must send your entry(s) to the appropriate coordinator as listed on the entry form. Failure to follow these instructions is grounds for disqualification.
What's in a Work Plan?
(In your work plan, carefully outline the following with subheadings)
Title: What did you call your entry (this title will be printed on the awards)?
Date the Entry was Produced: When did you begin your planning and when did you launch?
Budget: How much did you budget and how much did you spend?
Objective: What did you hope to accomplish?
Target Audience: What were the demographics of the group(s) you were trying to inform or influence?
Strategy: Describe the philosophy behind the strategy you employed and the tactics you used.
Research/Evaluation: What were your results? And what methodology did you use to measure your effectiveness? If your campaign is still in progress, please explain the type of evaluation you intend to use.
