Arlington, VA--The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), operator of the federally-mandated National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS), the nation’s only real-time, online vehicle title history network, announced today that after a thorough Request for Proposal (RFP) process it selected Audatex, a Solera Company, to act as one of three NMVTIS authorized data consolidators. Authorized data consolidators collect and securely upload vehicle history information from organizations, such as junk, salvage and insurers that are required to report data to NMVTIS.

Audatex expects this service to be available in September, 2009.
