Driver and Vehicle Data Online Access (DVD) gives third-party service providers electronic access to a jurisdiction's driver and vehicle records. It is an electronic means for jurisdictions to sell their records using approved third-party service providers.

Following are the current participants in DVD. Several other jurisdictions and service providers have expressed an interest in this application and are currently reviewing the System Specifications.
