• Driver and Vehicle Data Online Access (DVD)

  • Driver and Vehicle Data Online Access (DVD) gives third-party service providers electronic access to a jurisdiction's driver and vehicle records. It is an electronic means for jurisdictions to sell their records using approved third-party service providers.


    Following are the current participants in DVD. Several other jurisdictions and service providers have expressed an interest in this application and are currently reviewing the System Specifications.


    Massachusetts is in production with the following service providers:

    • Insurance Information Exchange
    • LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Inc.
    • Softech International
    • TML Information Services
    • HireRight

    Massachusetts continues to promote the application to third-party vendors who may become trading partners.
