Reservations are currently being accepted by the hotel. Attendees who wish to make advance reservations may call the hotel at (800) 772-8527. When calling, you must mention the AAMVA Annual International Conference for the special conference rate. You can also make reservations online by accessing the AAMVA AIC Reservations link.
Rooms must be reserved by July 25, 2009, to be eligible for the special rate. Reservation requests received after that date will be based on availability at the group rate. A major credit card is required for room reservations or advance deposit of one night.
