When calling, you must mention the AAMVA Annual Region II Conference for the special conference rate. Conference rates are available three days prior and post conference based on availability.
Rooms must be reserved by May 14, 2009, to be eligible for the special rate. Reservation requests received after that date will be based on availability at the group rate. A major credit card is required for room reservations or advance deposit of one night.
Valet parking is available at $15.00 per day and offsite self-park is available $7.50 per day (rates listed as of Feb. 2, 2009).
