Room rate: $119.00 + tax. The conference rate will be honored three days prior and three days post conference.

Transportation Information
The following transportation is available from the Will Rogers Airport:
- Airport Express Shuttle: $20.00 for single or first two passengers, $21.00 for first three passengers and $7.oo per each additional passengers. The shuttle is located on the lower level 2nd aisle.
- Taxi Service: Approximately $22.00 for first passenger and $1.00 for each additional passenger. The taxi area is located on the lower level outside the baggage claim area.
