| U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is the largest investigative agency in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). ICE's mission is to protect the security of the American people and homeland by vigilantly enforcing the nation's immigration and customs laws. This includes driver license, ID card, title and registration fraud. During this webinar you will hear from Keith Fowler, National Program Manager of the Office of Investigations, Identity and Benefit Fraud Unit. He will share information on a recent investigation with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration and other agencies, during which they identified an MVA employee who was found to have issued more than 200 fraudulent driver licenses and CDLs. Learn about investigative techniques utilized and how the partnership led to the arrest of multiple individuals involved in the scheme. Perhaps most importantly, learn how you can develop working relationships with local ICE offices to assist with your fraud and investigative needs. |
