Discussion will focus on how the 2008 Guidelines for Motorcycle Operator Licensing has been expanded to encompass recommendations for license waiver programs for rider education and for intergrating motorcycle rider education and licensing. The Webinar will provide strategies to jurisdictions on how they can reduce motorcycle crashes and fatalities through cooperation, judicial and law enforcement outreach programs and public education.
A dicussion will be held on the different elements of the motorcycle licensing system and how jurisdictions can obtain the resources to incorporate the different recommendations and general principles into their everyday operations.
Additional discussions will be held on the definition of a motorcycle for registration purposes in regards to all two and three-wheeled vehicles including skills testing practices. |
