When calling, mention the AAMVA Region II Conference for the special conference rate.
Rooms must be reserved by Wednesday, May 9, 2007 to be eligible for the special rate. Reservation requests received after that date will be based on availability at the group rate. A major credit card is required for room reservations or advance deposit of one night. Cancellations must be received 2 business days before your arrival date.

From Jacksonville International Airport to Sawgrass Marriott
Shuttle Service
Express Shuttle is available from the Jacksonville International Airport to the Sawgrass Marriott. The shuttle is $52.50 for 1-4 people and $14.00 per person for additional passengers.
Carey Worldwide Chauffeured Services also provides service from the Jacksonville International Airport. The fare is $35.00 per person one way. Reservations must be made 2 days in advance and can be made by printing and faxing the transportation reservation form.
Driving Directions from Jacksonville Airport to Sawgrass Marriott
Take I-95 south to second exit. Sign will say 9A & Blount Island (Exit 362A). Follow 9A to Butler Boulevard, SR 202. Go east on Butler Boulevard east until it ends at A1A. Veer right onto A1A (south) and follow 3.5 miles to the Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa. Turn right on PGA TOUR Blvd. The Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa is on the left. Approximate Travel Time: 30 Minutes
Useful Information
June in Florida is hot and sticky! The average temperatures are in the 80’s during the day and 70’s at night. You may want a light jacket or sweater for indoors where the air conditioning can be cool. It can also rain every day, so bring an umbrella or raincoat. Many of our events will be outside, so also bring bug repellant and sunscreen. We will do everything we can to eliminate the mosquitoes and yellow flies before you get here, but they are resourceful creatures!
