Booth Equipment
Each 8’x10’ booth will be set with 8’ high maroon and white back drape, 36’ maroon side dividers, wastebasket and a 7”x44” one-line identification sign. The booth does not come equipped with tables and chairs. Please note the hall is carpeted.
Booth Furnishings/Additional Services
The ordering of tables, chairs, electric, internet, booth cleaning, labor, etc. are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Order forms can be found in the exhibitor kit.
Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall area is carpeted.
Discount Price Deadline Date
In order to receive advance order discount rates listed on the price sheet(s) included in this kit, Brede must receive your order and payment by Friday, May 30, 2008.
Save money and order labor in advance. All orders placed at show site will be charged an additional fee above the advance rate.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you are exhibiting at Region IV in Indian Wells, California, Yellow Transportation will offer Yellow Exact Express Service to ensure your exhibit materials arrive at the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort & Spa on time. Dismantle and Move-Out Information
Brede will begin returning empty crates starting at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, June 11, 2008. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 4:00 pm Wednesday, June 11, 2008. Exhibitors who wish to ship materials by any carrier other than the official carrier, Yellow Transportation, must have their carrier check-in with Brede Exposition Services by 3:00 pm Wednesday, June 11, 2008.
Should your carrier fail to check-in by 3:00 pm Wednesday, June 11, Brede Exposition reserves the right to re-route the shipment via the official show carrier, Yellow Transportation.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: All Bills of Lading must be completed and returned to the Brede Exposition Service Desk when your shipment is packed and ready to be loaded. Do not leave the Bills of Lading in your booth. If Brede does not receive your Bill of Lading and your driver checks-in to pick up your exhibit materials, Brede cannot release your material and it will be re-routed onto the show carrier, Yellow Transportation.

Brede will accept crated, boxed or skidded material beginning Thursday, May 8, 2008 at the above address. Material arriving after Friday, May 30, 2008 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.

Brede Exposition Services will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Sunday, June 9, 2008. Please keep in mind June 9 is a Sunday and Fed Ex, UPS and DHL do not deliver on Sunday. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. The hotel has limited amount of storage space and each box/fiber case should not exceed 100 pounds. It is recommended you ship to the advance warehouse. Due to limited storage space and receiving capabilities, the hotel is unable to accept a large amount of exhibit materials.
