Important Information for Sponsors
Thank you so much for your consideration to sponsor an item or event at the 2008 Region IV Conference. We know there is likely fierce competition for your sponsorship dollars and we appreciate your support!
For every sponsorship of $2,500, the sponsor will receive one complimentary conference registration ($250 value for members/$350 for nonmembers). Any sponsor that provides at least $2,500 in sponsorships will receive two invitations to attend a Sponsor Reception on Monday evening. All jurisdictional attendees will be invited to this reception.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Audio/Visual Services $1,500
Lunch with Exhibitors Partial sponsorships of $6,000 available
Provide a buffet lunch in the Exhibit Hall following the grand opening, and during an extended visit with Exhibitors.
President’s Reception Hors d'oeurves and Beverages $5,000 partial sponsorship available
Provide snacks and refreshments to President’s Reception attendees. Join President Valverde in welcoming guests at the door.
Optional Activity – Palm Springs Tram $1,800 full or $600 partial sponsorships available
Provide transportation to, and a trip up, the Palm Springs Aeriel Tramway.
Awards Luncheon $1,000 to $1,200 sponsorships available
Join the PACE and CSD folks as they recognize jurisdictional efforts for public awareness campaigns and customer service delivery. The Green Award and special Region IV awards will also be presented.
California State Banquet Partial sponsorships of $5,000 available
Hot Summer Nights is the theme of the 2008 Region IV closing banquet. Host the evening as new and old friends celebrate a final night together.
After-Banquet Entertainment $4,200 full sponsorship or partial sponsorships of $2,100 available
The Rat Pack – Frank, Dean and Sammy – will entertain attendees by performing some of their favorite songs. The conversation and interplay between the three promises to be most entertaining.
Stage Lighting for The Rat Pack $1,500
General Sponsorship
Provide a general scholarship in any amount you wish to be applied as needed in support of the conference.
