AAMVA collects document summaries from the Federal Register that may affect the motor vehicle community. Updates are distributed regularly and are identified by distribution date. Copies of any of the notices listed in the Update may be downloaded from the Federal Register search site. You may browse entire issues of the Federal Register or search for specific regulations. You may also view and submit comments on proposed regulations on-line via Regulations.gov for all federal agencies.

AAMVA often collects comments on proposed regulations from the membership. Based on jurisdiction input, AAMVA designs a collective opinion on behalf of administrators and presents these interests to regulatory agencies.
