Mission
The Financial Responsibility and Insurance (FRI) Discipline encourages member jurisdictions to provide license and registration privileges to only those motorists who meet their existing and future financial obligations in the ownership and operation of motor vehicles.
Goals:
Develop policies, procedures and model programs which encourage effective and efficient administration of jurisdictional FRI requirements.
Facilitate the exchange of ideas and information on issues of concern to the FRI community.
