One of AAMVA's primary objectives is to develop policies and conduct technical analyses that contribute toward the dialogue on improving safety. Activities include promoting driver fitness, graduated driver’s licenses, aging driver programs, and medical fitness policies. AAMVA strives to bring about a significant reduction in the annual toll of highway fatalities and accidents in North America.
AAMVA's Commitment to Safety
