Purpose
This working group is tasked with working with AAMVA and the NMVTIS states on issues related to NMVTIS business rules and procedures. The working group will address and resolve vehicle, title, registration, and brand business issues as they pertain to NMVTIS.
Guiding Principles
Members of the Working Group need to:
- Represent the interests of the NMVTIS states to the best of their ability and draw upon expertise within their committee or others whenever possible.
- Represent not only the interests of their jurisdiction, but the other jurisdictions in their region and base decisions on the good of all AAMVA jurisdictions.
- Be active participants during meetings and conference calls.

Working group members are: Christie Estrada (AZ), Boyd Walden (FL), Priscilla Vaughan (NH), Tina Hargis (IA), Bernadette Markussen (NV), and Toby Williams (NM).
Vivienne Cameron and Marney Michalowski serve as the AAMVA staff liaisons to the working group.
