In a world of change, our colleagues generally like stability and consistency. But this is not your father’s Department of Motor Vehicles! With new licensing standards, changes in federal regulations, ever-expanding technology and a very strong emphasis on customer service, we must lead with passion and style.
Coincidently, these dramatic changes in motor vehicle administration are occurring as our career employees and baby boomers transition to retirement.
