Additional data will be added to the site soon. The Knowledge Bank will soon allow members to search for comparative data by topic, input data for their jurisdiction, and request specific data sets if they do not already exist. Access to the Knowledge Bank requires your web password.
Third Party Providers Onboard for NMVTIS Consumer Access
The NMVTIS consumer access application is officially up and running. The Board determined there were already entities in the private and public sectors better positioned to serve as the face for public access to the data. These entities are known as “third party providers.” Third party providers are offered the opportunity to obtain the data from AAMVA on a single record basis for a fee. This exchange is governed by a legal agreement between the provider and AAMVA. The provider can make the information available to the consumer either within an existing product or service that they already provide, or as part of a new product or service. AAMVA already has two third party providers on board—Auto Data Direct, Inc. and CARCO Group. Once the rules for reporting into NMVTIS by junk and salvage yards and insurance carriers are finalized, and the reporting actually begins, more information can be shared through these third party providers. If you have any questions please contact Vivienne Cameron at vcameron@aamva.org.

AAMVA asks Members, Customers for Feedback
AAMVA recently created an easy way for our members and customers to rate us on service delivery. The front page of our website contains an EVALU8 US button that gives respondents an easy way to rate us on how well we meet expectations. The feedback will allow us to recognize individuals for their efforts and identify areas where we need improvement. We encourage you to EVALU8 US to ensure that we meet our expectations.
