New Region I President Elected
On Jan. 17, 2007, interim District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles Director Lucinda Babers was unanimously elected Region I President. Babers will serve out Anne Witt's remaining term. Please join AAMVA and Region I in welcoming Babers to the Region I Board of Directors.
