ELT Standards Development Service consists of the following two service components:
- ELT Application Documentation - System Specifications, User Procedures and Implementation Guide
- ELT Implementation Assistance - Analyst support on documentation contents and implementation procedures
ELT Help Desk Service consists of the following four service components:
- Tiger Team Visit - An analyst from AAMVA's Operations Department conducts an on-site visit to the jurisdiction to assist with project planning and implementation.
- Structured Testing - AAMVA administers a formal test to the jurisdiction and each business partner, either directly with the jurisdiction's business partner or with a service provider acting on behalf of the jurisdiction's business partner.
- Compliance Monitoring - AAMVA monitors the application participants to ensure continued adherence to the application documentation requirements after structured testing is completed.
- Problem Tracking - An analyst from AAMVA's Operations Department will provide operational troubleshooting assistance once a participant is operational.
