Best practices encourage jurisdictions to operate in ways that enhance the benefits of NMVTIS. The NMVTIS Batch State Procedures Manual describes how to analyze and resolve the summary, error and warning information returned from batch updates.
The documents focus on operational business practices. They do not address technical considerations or issues specifically related to implementing NMVTIS, such as how to set up a help desk.
