Appointment-Only Meetings

Appointment-only meetings are back for the 2010 Annual International Conference! We are providing time for you to meet with jurisdiction representatives one-on-one.

Appointment-only meetings can be scheduled on Sunday, August 29 from 7:30 to 9:15 am and Monday, August 30 from 7:00 to 8:00 am.  We ask that you respect these timeframes so you and the jurisdiction representatives can attend the planned conference sessions.

To help facilitate this, we'll send you the first jurisdictional pre-registration list on or before July 10, in Microsoft Excel format. Additional lists will be sent every other week with only new registrants.

It will be up to each exhibitor to communicate with the jurisdictions. Send invitations to set up a captive audience to showcase your product(s). This will provide an excellent opportunity to foster old relationships and to establish new ones.

Know in advance which jurisdictions you want to reach out to, and what products and/or services you can offer.

Create an eye-catching promotional piece, such as a one-page slick or a post card.

Serve coffee or a smoothie and a morning pastry.
