In order to make the most of your time and investment and to ensure that materials and services are ordered and delivered on schedule, we suggest that the following checklist be used as a basic guideline. A more complete checklist is available.

Make hotel reservations directly with hotel August 6
Order booth materials/services August 13
Order electrical services August 16
Order audio visual services August 16
Order internet services August 16
Post-Conference Follow Up September 10
