Board of Directors and Industry Advisory Board

The AAMVA Board of Directors will meet Friday and Saturday, August 27 and 28. The AAMVA Industry Advisory Board will meet Saturday, August 28.

General Conference Attendees

The 2010 Annual International Conference officially begins Sunday, August 29 with the Opening General Session. We will close the conference on Tuesday, August 31 with the New Brunswick Provincial Banquet.

Exhibitors

Exhibitor Set-Up is scheduled for Saturday, August 28 from 8:00 am − 5:00 pm. All exhibits must be fully installed by 5:00 pm.

Exhibitor Move-Out is scheduled for Monday, August 30 from 3:30 − 7:30 pm. All exhibits must be removed from the facility by 7:30 pm.

PASSPORTS

If you are traveling traveling across the border, please keep in mind that all travelers, including U.S. and Canadian citizens, are required to have a passport or other accepted form of documentation to enter or depart the United States.
