The AAMVA Board of Directors will meet Friday and Saturday, August 27 and 28. The AAMVA Industry Advisory Board will meet Saturday, August 28.
The 2010 Annual International Conference officially begins Sunday, August 29 with the Opening General Session. We will close the conference on Tuesday, August 31 with the New Brunswick Provincial Banquet.
Exhibitor Set-Up is scheduled for Saturday, August 28 from 8:00 am − 5:00 pm. All exhibits must be fully installed by 5:00 pm.
Exhibitor Move-Out is scheduled for Monday, August 30 from 3:30 − 7:30 pm. All exhibits must be removed from the facility by 7:30 pm.
