AAMVA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal and State courts sitting in the Counties of Arlington or Fairfax, in the Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A., and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable professional fees and expenses. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement and the other provisions in this Agreement shall remain otherwise in full force and effect.

    10. Entire Agreement.
    These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between AAMVA and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and they supersede any and all prior written or oral agreements between AAMVA and you pertaining to such subject matter. In its sole discretion, AAMVA may from time-to-time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting.
