Kimberly Earle
Chief Executive Officer, Mothers Against Drunk Driving

Kimberly Earle joined Mothers Against Drunk Driving as Chief Executive Officer in June of 2010. A mother herself, Earle leads MADD’s efforts to eliminate drunk driving and stop underage drinking at the organization’s national office in Irving.

Prior to joining MADD, Earle was Chief Operating Officer of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the global leader of the breast cancer movement. Beginning her career with Komen for the Cure as Vice President and General Counsel as well as Secretary of the Board of Directors, Earle quickly moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer, and in addition to her original responsibilities, led the network of more than 120 Komen affiliates across the United States.
