After an overwhelmingly positive reception of the March 2009 release of FDR Level I e-Learning, AAMVA has been hard at work to meet its commitment to continually improve and update the material in order to best meet your training needs. The Updated Level I courseware is now available for jurisdiction implementations. Simply follow the download links below. A detailed change document is available here.
Level I e-Learning
This suite of courses introduces the Fraud Detection Model which will prepare participants to identify and evaluate documents systematically. The courses are based upon a comprehensive curriculum designed to build competence, confidence and skill in the identification of fraudulent documents.
Fraudulent Document Recognition Level I e-Learning is free to jurisdiction members and can be purchased for commercial use.

Level II
FDR Level II is available to jurisdiction members and sworn law enforcement officers only. FDR Level II combines the material from FDR Level I with a more in-depth look at covert security features. Participants will experience evaluating various documents to enhance and further build their awareness of altered and/or counterfeited documents.
FDR Level II e-Learning is currently in development. Until its release, member jurisdiction agencies (only) may request copies of the existing user manuals and PowerPoint presentations by contacting ssebestyen@aamva.org
