The key to any association’s viability is the involvement of its members.
Committees & Disciplines
AAMVA’s committee volunteers lead program and policy development. At times Working Groups and Task Forces are formed to focus on specific areas within a discipline. If you would like to get involved with AAMVA's committees and disciplines, contact your chief administrator, notify your Regional Vice President, or contact the staff liaison listed for each discipline or committee.
Discussion & Collobaration
Currently AAMVA offers Yahoo! Groups to allow members instant e-mail communication. In the near future, AAMVA will provide its own system for discussion boards and listservs—stay tuned!
An AAMVA Yahoo! Group is an e-mail and Web-based discussion group—a forum to exchange ideas, concerns and questions.
AAMVA encourages members to use these Yahoo! Groups to chat with fellow members informally and share information.
AAMVA Online Surveys
Utilize the AAMVA Online Surveys to survey the entire membership. In an effort to help member jurisdictions share information, AAMVA provides a survey tool to collect and store industry-related information.
AAMVA Events
AAMVA events offer unparalleled opportunity for updates and communication among members at all its conferences. From legislative news to current jurisdiction practices to industry advances, our calendar provides year-round insight that helps members conduct business effectively and efficiently.
