AAMVA Podcasts on "Boulevard 27"

Immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of the motor vehicle community with our informative podcasts on the latest issues and trends to impact technology, highway safety and identity management.

You may ask, "Why Boulevard 27? What does that have to do with AAMVA, highway safety and driver licensing issues?" The answer is simple: everything. Boulevard 27 is the location where AAMVA headquarters resides (the headquarters is located on Wilson Boulevard and 27 is the route number assigned to Wilson). So the name not only represents the physical location of AAMVA headquarters, but also your audio location for everything and anything AAMVA-related. So, take a ride down Boulevard 27 and catch up with what’s going on in the highway safety arena.

"Get It Together" Campaign

A resource for public information officers

The "Get It Together" campaign is a comprehensive communications campaign designed to aid jurisdictions in the explanation of the types of documentation required in order for citizens to obtain driver's license and identification cards. This campaign is a collaborative effort between the Public Affairs and Consumer Education Committee, and the Customer Service and Delivery Committee.  Find out more.

Coming Soon - AAMVA Knowledge Bank

AAMVA is creating a searchable database that will house key jurisdictional data so you can collect and share comparative and benchmarking data.  This online tool will enable you to:

  • update your jurisdiction’s data,
  • view data across jurisdictions,
  • run reports and
  • submit requests for data collection on new topics.

Data will be pulled from former publications such as Fasts Track to Vehicle Services Facts, IT--Nuts & Bolts, the Driver Licensing Comparative Data Manual and others, and jurisdictions will be able to update their data dynamically online.

AAMVA will alert the jurisdictions when the database is ready for use.
