Performance & Registration Information Systems Management (PRISM)
PRISM is a joint project involving state registration and law enforcement agencies, AAMVA, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL).
