- BPEVR Application Documentation - System Specifications
- BPEVR Implementation Assistance - Analyst support on documentation contents and implementation procedures
BPEVR Help Desk Service consists of the following four service components:
Tiger Team Visit - AAMVAnet analyst staff conducts an on-site visit to the jurisdiction to assist with project planning and implementation.
- Structured Testing - AAMVAnet administers a formal test to the jurisdiction and each business partner, either directly with the jurisdiction's business partner or with a service provider acting on behalf of the jurisdiction's business partner.
- Compliance Monitoring - AAMVAnet monitors the application participants to ensure continued adherence to the application documentation requirements after structured testing is completed.
- Problem Tracking - AAMVAnet analysts provide operational troubleshooting assistance once a participant is operational.
