Condolences to the Steffen Family
Major Dick Steffen, of the Minnesota State Patrol, has been an active member of the AAMVA law enforcement community since the mid 1990s. His wife Linda passed away unexpectedly last week. Over the years Linda had attended many AAMVA meetings, both nationally and within Region II. Linda Steffen passed away on Sept. 29 from complications following surgery.
