The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, has a Master Account with AAMVA (formerly AAMVAnet™), under which numerous End User Accounts have been established. The Master Account ID is PAMG.
PAMG End Users are provided with a fast and secure connection, via the Passport software. Passport is an AT&T licensed software product that runs on your PC. AAMVA provides Customer Services and Network Services support for all of our subscribers.
PAMG End User accounts are available for a one-time enrollment fee of $50, plus a monthly service fee, per user ID of $9.00. Additional charges will apply based on the products and services you choose (i.e., IP remote access, Information Exchange, Corporate Internet Dial, etc.).
How Do I Subscribe?
To open an End User Account, you must first complete the AAMVA Customer Registration form and Pennsylvania Subscription form. Send them to AAMVA at the address stated on the form.
Upon acceptance of your completed registration and subscription forms, one of AAMVA's Product and development Customer Service Representatives will notify you after your account has been set-up. AAMVA will also provide you with the account name, user ID and password needed to connect into the network.
