Rajesh Dharmarajan is the Project Manager for the Commercial Driver’s License Information System (CDLIS) application. He manages the day-to-day operation of CDLIS, ensuring that the application is available to all the approved users. He is also responsible for managing the product roadmap of CDLIS.  He and his team work with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and State Driver Licensing Agencies (SDLAs) to specify new features and modifications to CDLIS and launch changes into production. Modifications to CDLIS arise from recommendations received from FMCSA and SDLAs, changes to regulations, and technology upgrades.
