  • Sponsoring or exhibiting at the 2014 Annual International Conference will help you reach jurisdictional representatives looking for solutions to their daily operations.  


    Sponsoring an item or event provides an opportunity to brand and support your image as a market leader within the motor vehicle and law enforcement community and to develop onsite relationships with administrators and managers in member jurisdictions. Conference sponsors will be recognized in the official conference program, and each sponsor will receive special acknowledgment from the podium at the appropriate time.               


    The Exhibit Hall is the perfect place to showcase products and services in a face to face environment in order to develop existing relationships or foster new ones. Imagine a single meeting, with the opportunity to meet one-on-one with administrators and managers from the U.S. and Canada.

     Each Sponsorship Includes:

    •  Company description and logo in the AIC program.
    •  Pre-Registration list of jurisdictional participants.
    •  Recognition as conference sponsor at sponsored event (when possible) and from podium (when possible).
    •  One (1) complimentary full registration for contributions of $3,000 - $7,000.
    •  Two (2) complimentary full registration for contributions of $7,001 - $10,000.
    •  Three (3) complimentary full registration for contributions over $10,000.

    The AIC exhibit hall is the central meeting place for AIC attendees and events such as the Chair’s Welcome Reception, networking breaks, and luncheons. The exhibition gives orga­nizations the opportunity to display products and services to jurisdictions from the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and several European countries. If you provide any of the services that our members are looking for, the exhibit hall will give you unprecedented access and unlim­ited possibilities.  


    • 8' x 10' booth set with 8' high back drapes, 3’ drape on sides
    • 7" x 44" one-line identification sign.
    • Two complimentary full-conference registrations per 8' x 10' booth **
    • Pre-registration list of jurisdictional participants
    • 100-word description and logo in the Program and on the Conference website

    Furniture and accessories, electrical requirements, internet, booth carpet (if chosen), and booth cleaning are additional charges, and the responsibility of the exhibitor.
