AAMVA’s vision of Safe Drivers, Safe Vehicles, Secure Identities, Saving Lives! is at the core of our operations programs. Through the MVA Operations and Customer Experience Committee and its working groups, AAMVA develops standards, best practices, and guidelines for agency operations, customer service, and management to support service delivery and optimal agency operations.
