  • Sponsoring or exhibiting at the 2016 Annual Region I Conference will help you reach jurisdiction representatives looking for solutions to their daily operations.

    Sponsor

Sponsoring an item or event provides an opportunity to brand and support your image as a market leader within the driver’s license, motor vehicle and law enforcement community and to develop onsite relationships with administrators and managers in member jurisdictions. Conference sponsors will be recognized in the official conference program, and each sponsor will receive special acknowledgment from the podium at the appropriate time. Sponsors also receive one complimentary, full registration for each $2,500 in conference support as well as eligibility to participate in the QuickConnect session, and invaluable marketing and information gathering opportunity.  Download the marketing opportunities information.

    Exhibit

The Exhibit Hall is the perfect place to showcase products and services in a face-to-face environment in order to develop existing relationships or foster new ones. Imagine a single meeting with the opportunity to meet one-on-one with administrators and managers from the U.S. and Canada.

    QuickConnect

All exhibitors and qualified sponsors (minimum of $2,500 in sponsorship support) will have the unique opportunity to participate in the QuickConnect session. Fun, interactive, and fast-moving, the QuickConnect session allows you to meet with existing customers as well as introduce yourself to potential new customers. These short conversations have done wonders to open the door for more detailed conversations and can help you encourage attendees to visit your booth.
