Report Out-of-State Test Results (ROOSTR)

An AAMVA web application strictly designed to support rule §383.79 of the new Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) regulation, which provides that a state that issued a CLP to an individual must honor the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) skills test results for that individual if he or she takes the CDL skills test in another state. The ROOSTR solution only applies to jurisdictions that do not plan on utilizing AAMVA's Commercial Skills Test Information Management System (CSTIMS) application for managing CDL Skills Testing, Training, and Audits.
