AAMVA, through its combined standing committees and their subcommittees and working groups, develops numerous guidance documents including best practices and guidelines, standards, manuals, and white papers to assist members on a variety of topics.

We also provide standard verification programs to help members assess their products and services against best practices and standards. Current verification programs are for driver license/identity documents and license plates.
