    The Excellence in Government Partnership Award recognizes a successful project/program developed and implemented in cooperation with public or private sector organization(s). This is an agency award. There will be one agency recognized as the Regional winner in each region and of those four, one will be chosen as the International winner.

    Selection Criteria

    • Overall success of the project/program
    • Opened or expanded dialog with another government agency or private sector organization
    • Created efficiencies
    • Increased convenience for governmental services to citizens or bridged gaps in service delivery
    • Reduced costs by at least 10% for one or all government agencies involved and/or increased funding by 5% for the government agency
    • Resulted in improvements for a group of citizens to function in society
    • Serves as model for other jurisdictions
                   

    Eligibility
    AAMVA’s Awards Program is open to all AAMVA jurisdiction members that are in good standing. Entries submitted for the 2019 Awards must have been conducted (produced, implemented, and/or developed) between October 1 and September 30, 2018. If an entry won an award in 2018, it cannot be resubmitted in 2019 unless it has major upgrades or developments.
