Jurisdiction ignition interlock programs involve collaboration with law enforcement, highway safety offices, prosecutors, the judicial system, jurisdiction driver license issuance agencies, and device manufacturers.  There are many key elements that are essential for a strong and successful program.  This document highlights these strategies and provides information and resources in which to build or enhance a program.    Download
