Rates and Reservations

The AAMVA Region 1 group rate at The Hilton Québec is $279/night plus tax (currently 18.475%) CAD for Mountain View Rooms and $299/night plus tax (currently 18.475%) CAD for Parliament View Rooms. The rate is available three dates prior to and three days after the conference based on availability. Make your hotel reservation for The Hilton Québec online. The cut-off date to book hotel reservations at the AAMVA group rate is Friday, April 26, 2024.

AAMVA is unable to secure additional rooms after the cut-off date, or if the room block sells out prior to the cut-off date.

Getting to Québec City

Airport

Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) is approximately 25 minutes from The Hilton Québec.

Transportation to Hotel

Uber, Lyft and taxis are available from the airport to the hotel and range from $30-$40 CAD.

Parking

The Hilton Québec offers self-parking for $22 CAD per day and valet parking for $32 CAD per day.

Travel Assistance

The Region 1 Board of Directors has made the decision to increase travel assistance as needed. Therefore, travel assistance has been increased to fully fund at least one Administrator (or designee) from each Region 1 jurisdiction. The assistance can be used to cover travel, registration, and/or hotel. All arrangements for hotel and travel should be made and paid for by the jurisdiction attendee(s). Expense reimbursement forms will be emailed to administrators for distribution prior to the conference. After the conference, jurisdictions requesting reimbursement for expenses should coordinate internally, convert all expenses to US dollars, and bundle and submit expense reports at one time.
