Forthcoming Enhancements to FHWA Driver and Vehicle Data Reporting Specifications

FHWA requires States to report vehicle registration and licensed driver counts on an annual basis. Enhancements to the data reporting specifications are necessary to support new and forthcoming regulatory, program and policy objectives to inform Federal-aid system investment needs and decision-making that help determine Federal funding levels to apportion to States for their highway programs. Hear more about a pilot to collect record-based, raw licensed driver and vehicle registration data and learn how to help ensure your jurisdiction is prepared for this future implementation.
