This educational and informative opportunity is designed for agencies and their business partners to consider how to achieve a modern customer experience and will cover trends, models, technology, and roadmap building. The pop-up classroom will be a two-day immersive experience.
AAMVA is providing funding for two (2) individuals per dues paying agency to attend the event, ideally a contact center administrator and an information technology administrator, both with decision making capability. These individuals will be provided instructions for flights and hotel accommodations in a formal invitation to register.
In addition to these two individuals, jurisdictions may have the opportunity to register additional attendees at their own expense, and as space allows. Please send the names of any additional attendees by contacting us (select Events from the drop down menu of subjects). We will notify you if these additional attendees are able to register, should space become available.
As space is limited, associate members may register up to two (2) representatives per organization until we reach capacity.
