Terms of Use
By downloading or viewing the Fraudulent Detection and Remediation (FDR) materials, User agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Authorized User: I am an employee or contractor of a state of the United States or a province of Canada, have a need for training in fraudulent document recognition to carry out my official responsibilities for such governmental unit.

FDR Materials Only for Official Use; Confidentiality: I agree to use the information in the FDR materials only in furtherance of my official responsibilities for such governmental unit and not to use or disclose this information to any third party except as my official governmental responsibilities require. I acknowledge that the FDR Training materials are sensitive in nature, that their disclosure to unauthorized persons would jeopardize federal and state law enforcement efforts and that they must be treated as confidential. The undersigned agrees to observe and take all necessary actions and precautions not only to prevent unauthorized disclosure, use or modification of the FDR Training materials but also to bring to the attention of FDR Program leaders any situation which might result in, or create the appearance of unauthorized disclosure of FDR Training materials. AAMVA reserves the right to monitor use of the site on which the FDR materials are made available and reserves the right to revoke or deny access to the FDR materials to any person or entity whose use of the fraud training courses indicates, in the sole discretion of AAMVA, use or conduct in violation of these Terms of Use. The penalty for unauthorized disclosure, use or modification of FDR curriculum materials may include termination from my participation in the FDR Training Program and other remedies authorized by law.

Materials Protected by Copyright; All Rights Reserved: The following materials are protected by the copyright laws of the United States and are owned by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA). No duplication, modification, distribution or other use of the images, texts, programs or other materials is permitted without the express prior written consent of AAMVA.

No Warranties or Guarantees; No Liability of AAMVA: Although AAMVA has attempted to provide accurate information, it makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, as to the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of that information and assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions therein. AAMVA may modify or discontinue publication of FDR materials at any time without prior notice and without obligation to advise prior users of these materials. AAMVA does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that the FDR materials are free of any virus or error. User hereby releases AAMVA from any liability of any kind associated with the content of the FDR materials or errors, viruses, or similar conditions in any downloads through which users obtain these materials.

Indemnification: User agrees to defend, indemnify and otherwise hold harmless AAMVA and its officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns from and against any cause of action or claim, including court costs, expenses and attorney fees, related to or arising from User’s conduct that violates these Terms of Use.
