Evgenia Tyrsina is an accomplished Information Technology Program Manager with extensive experience in both the commercial and non-profit sectors. As a Program Manager with the Vehicle Programs & Services division at AAMVA, Evgenia leverages her analytical expertise and project management skills to deliver impactful solutions that align with the organization's mission. Since 2021, Evgenia has been engaged in the Electronic Title & Vehicle Record Management initiative and is currently providing leadership to the Electronic Titling program.
With a robust background as a Project Manager, Lead Business Analyst, and Systems Analyst, Evgenia has successfully led numerous projects, driving innovation and efficiency. Since joining AAMVA in 2018, Evgenia has contributed significantly and become a subject matter expert on various projects and applications, including the Commercial Driver’s License Information System (CDLIS) and the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS). Evgenia has worked extensively with key AAMVA stakeholders, including state Motor Vehicle Agencies, the federal government and industry partners.
Prior to joining AAMVA, Evgenia worked in the commercial sector for several companies, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she contributed to a variety of information technology and business projects.
