Julie Knittle is currently the Regional Director for Regions 3 & 4 at AAMVA. She provides jurisdictional support to the regions and the regional boards. Julie joined AAMVA in May 2017 after spending 27 years with the State of Washington. Julie’s last 11 years of service in Washington State were as the assistant director at the Department of Licensing.
