Kristen Gilbertson is a Program Analyst with AAMVA's Vehicle Programs and Services team. Kristen is focused on Electronic Titling and Records Management. Before coming to AAMVA Kristen worked at the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles for over 19 years. At the DMV her areas of focus included Titling and Online Vehicle Programs to include EVR, ELT and NMVTIS. While at the Virginia DMV Kristen served a three-year term on AAMVA's NMVTIS State Program Subcommittee.
